Not since the release of the first Grand Theft Auto (GTA) game in 1998 has there been a proper incantation of our beloved city. To think that New York, a city synonymous with crime (even after Times Square was turned into a Disney Store) can't be sent up as the scene of car theft and mayhem is just plain sad.

Most musicals feature perfectly choreographed dance numbers and catchy songs that stick in your head for days after, but " Catered Affair" is not like most musicals. With a surprisingly short running time of 90 minutes, the play forgoes an intermission. It also omits the dance part of the usual "song-and-dance" musical, including dramatic scenes instead to contrast the lighter tunes.

To many incognito artists, television and radio are the on-air mansions reserved for the contract-penned musicians. However, a high roller spot on MTV's TRL or a line of fanatic girls doesn't necessarily need to be achieved with quality goods. These days, a sticky gimmick and a crack-laced hook form the foundation of a career gone in 60 seconds, but a career nonetheless.

Senior Administration: I was pleased to see the attention the Pace Press devoted to the important issue of diversity ("Faculty-wide diversity needed for comprehensive education," April 16.). On all Pace campuses, diversity, nondiscrimination, and inclusiveness are important values that play a significant role in the social and intellectual life of the University.

Now I know I may have missed the boat on the reshaping of the University's outward image, but on every occasion that I come across "Work Toward Greatness," I have to ask myself if we haven't lost a sentiment that is uniquely ours.

Opportunitas, for thousands has meant a great deal, though for the new age student, we have been led to believe that the Latin falls on deaf ears.

There are two weeks left in the semester and I, along with many other University students, still have a lot of money left on the meal plan. This situation exists despite the fact I have used my card to feed my parents, co-workers and even my friends when they come to visit the school.

It was just a stupid email from my best friend's cousin. They called him "Cheetah," or some other cat name for reasons unknown to me. I never found out his real name. My best friend Anne told Cheetah I looked just like how he envisioned Cho Chang - Harry Potter's crush -to look and he became enamored with the mere idea of me.

Being an editor at a newspaper teaches you something very important about the masses: they have an uncanny ability to only see and hear what they want to see and hear.

They can reduce a situation down to the very worst of its aspects. While this may be a natural human inclination, we should try to make the effort to see what's good, as well as try to rectify problems.

On April 23 Dr. James Hall, Associate Dean and Director of Graduate Programs for the Lubin School of Business, passed away.

In a recent memorandum addressed to the University, Dean of the Lubin School Joseph Baczko eloquently said, "Lubin and Pace have become far richer institutions of learning for his involvement and guidance.
