There are many services, opportunities and accessibilities available at the University that many students overlook because they are not in a Welcome-Back brochure. You carry on everyday without thinking twice, but without these commodities, the University wouldn't flow as smoothly as it does.
More women are attending college than men in the U.S., making up between 55-60 percent of the student population in universities, according to the PBS News Hour. As well, more women than men are earning Bachelor's degrees, but still men are the primary breadwinners of today's society.
The building and walls of this city are covered in layers of graffiti. "The Monster Project," a collaboration between New York City public school children and local artist Kylin O'Brien, efforts to change the community by using children's imagination and putting them on walls around the city.
Being the face of an organization is no small task. Often the president or CEO of a group is the first person to blame when something goes wrong. As an easy target for a firm's shortcomings, the amount of pressure on the person in a leadership capacity is astounding.
